Class Schedules


Kids Class (7-13yr. old)

Monday - Friday 4:15-5:00pm

Our youth program consists of boxing technique, mitt work, and strength & conditioning workouts. Our coaches have years of experience with kids and instill confidence, discipline and resilience in their students.


Youth and Adult Boxing Fitness Boxing (14+ and under 14 with an adult in the class)

Monday - Friday 5:30-6:30pm

Our youth and adult classes focus on both proper boxing technique and conditioning. We teach you the basic boxer’s stance, punches, and defense strategies. Here you'll learn to master the fundamentals of boxing through technique, bag work, strength training & conditioning.

We understand that you have a busy schedule and encourage you and your family to join a class. Our Youth and Adult class is perfect for the family that wants to work out and stay healthy together.


USA Boxing Certified Armature Boxing Program

Monday - Friday 6:30 till Close

Athletes in this program will be trained for battle. You will have the opportunity to compete in Local, State and National Competitions. You can also challenge yourself with supervised sparring in The Lion’s Den.

There are a few more steps you need to do before you get in the ring.
